The original layout was a large lawn area.

Some gravel along the rear elevation had merged into the weeds.

The brief

Create a raised decking area with an integrated pergola, a Main patio area for furniture and BBQ cooker, and a pathway to the car parking area.

The raised Decking was placed on the corner of the house and included 2 staircase access points. The patio extended along the width of the house and led to the decking. The built-in Decking Pergola structure added height and a focal point of interest to the view against the backdrop of mature trees and shrubs.
