 GARDEN DESIGN

How you can save money

Do i need a garden design ?
You might be thinking, no.... it's just another cost, i know what i want !
Not all projects require a design plan !
Well.... that's fine.  However, there are some things to consider before you rule it out.

How much money do you have in your budget for the development ?
Most projects in the garden, just like any development, requires spending a significant sum of money.
The general consensus is that a design plan is a great investment within itself, as it gives you a great advantage.
In most cases, it's been proven that careful planning can avoid making costly mistakes.
This is where a garden design layout plan can save you money.
You could think of it like this.... can i afford not to ?

A design plan will prevent costly mistakes, reducing wasted materials, and helping you build the space in smart, affordable phases.
A plan helps to size garden features more accurately,  and  keep excess materials, transport, and waste fees to a minimum.

Paving, walls, and fencing are the most expensive parts of a build.
A design plan  enables you to split a large project into different stages, which can help you budget.
This will enable manageable chunks of the development over 3 to 5 years rather than paying for everything at once.

Matching plants to your specific soil type, pH, drainage, and local microclimate
will help to avoid selecting species that are likely to fail.
Understanding the mature size of trees and shrubs prevents you from overcrowding the available space.
This will avoid buying too many plants today only to dig them up or prune them heavily a few years later.
